Today while running...ok jogging.....ok there was a little walking.....ok OK mostly walking and a little jogging... I was on the stinking trail, that's all you need to know... anywhoo two gentlemen on bikes past by, the one says to me "I just want to warn you that there is a slightly creepy guy on the trail a little ways down. " Now if you know me, you know that I have a TRUE total phobia of strangers, so that along with a slightly scary story Emily told me last week, and an episode of CSI i tried and tried to change the channel on, I tried to prepare myself. I had one of "those" conversations with myself, you know the ones where you have the whole conversation in your head, what you say then what they say, then add a few kung fu moves and hey it was what was GOING to happen I was sure. I decided to start jogging again to maybe seem a little more intimidating, because hey Noah wasn't gonna be any help unless the guy had a phobia of boogers cause thanks to a cold he has, he is sporting a nose full today......We see the guy.....we pass the guy.... I am not even a 2 feet away and he didn't even notice me! WHAT?!?! Yes people that was my first thought. Not "Phew glad I survived," no "Wow that was close," not even "Thank Heavens I didn't need to break out the ninja destruction." Nope I thought "What the ---- he didn't even notice me!" Shallow? Pathetic? All of the above? pathetically so. In light of my new found reality I vow to be less self absorbed and more um...un self absorbed and others absorbed-9er. Ok obviously I am tired cause now I am just rambling.
Oh just heard about a super fun 50's/60's Sock Hop on Saturday night, dress up, fun contests, whose with us?

Maybe he was a "blind" creepy guy, or maybe he just didn't have his glasses on?
Possibly he was a "shy" creepy guy and just did not know how to approach a beautiful woman? That sounds more like it - you were so, so, stunning - he was completely blown away by your beauty and froze!
or, he preferred blondes!
