sometimes all you can do is smile

Being the outnumbered female around this house, I have come to realise some things that I am just going to need to embrace instead of fight against. For instance...football. Not my favorite, ok seriously lets be honest, I would rather sit around and read text books then watch a bunch of guys knock each other down, BUT when you hear 3 voices (2 of which are coming from the under 7 crowd) yelling "Packers! Packers! Packers!" from the living room, and on a separate occasion you find your husband teaching your 3 year old and your 6 year old how to tackle, oh and lets not forget Noah asking if we can "play football" everyday,  you realise that somethings are inevitable, so its time to go with the flow.  I did some research, learned a few terms, found out that the "Hooves" are really the "Colts," and that Football has quarters and NOT innings. Now I wont say that I will eventually sit down and watch a game, because I would rather watch reruns of the horribly hideous Jersey Shore in German with french subtitles. But..... I can smile every time I see this...

Oh, sidenote:  It snowed here last week. I know cool hu. The crazy thing is that it actually stuck around in our yard for a few days. The boys loved it! They stayed out longer then I thought they would.
