Its true. I found THE perfect dress, one that doesn't even make me look like I could have swallowed any one of my friends. I had THE perfectly handsome date, and THE funnest Sweethearts Ball to attend...but alas we also have two sick boys which in adult life trumps everything else. *sigh* So instead of dancing the night away to cheesy 80's love songs I am sitting in my pajamas having a bowl of Lucky Charms, hoping and praying that Noah doesn't puke when he coughs anymore. Oh and do I need to even mention I am having a very hormonal pitty party for myself?

Valentines Day hates me!

We missed you. :( I am so sorry you have sick kiddos still. I wish I could do something to help. Like wave a magic wand. At least you missed out on the fire department showing up!
Same here... sick kids and no dance! Nothing like a couple cases of croup to ruin my fun! Somedays being Mommy is not all it is cracked up to be especially when I was REALLY looking forward to a night out!!
