Today I decided to start at one end of the apartment and de-junk each room. I mean really de-junk. I had two piles, Garbage and Garage Sale. I am sure a few months down the road I will say "man I wish I hadn't thrown that out" to at least a hand full of items, but I am sure I am not going to miss my 1990's high rise jeans that I keep lugging around just in case someone throws a 1990 throwback party i would be all set (either that or they were really cute back in the day and they remind me of a beautiful time when I could wear the size 5 they sport on the tag). But it was so invigorating I couldn't stop. I already have four big boxes full. My mission actually began because I STILL cant find my camera. And then my ipod went missing. Now my ipod is used DAILY and sometimes twice a day, so I new it really did have to "be around here somewhere." Well I did the boys room, the bathroom, our bedroom, the laundry room, the game cupboard, everyones closets and under everyones beds. I was about 3/4 of the way done with the kitchen when Anthon comes in and says...
"whatcha doing mom?"
to which I reply "I am cleaning out everything, because I cant find my camera or my ipod."
Now I see my little boy get a big HUGE grin on his face and say "Oh silly me, I played a funny funny trick on you. Your ipod is in the cereal box."
Sure enough it was in the box of honeycomb cereal, along with a toy car, a sucker, and a battery.
but of course I dont have any pictures, because he still doesn't seem to know where my camera is, maybe I should go look in the bottle of fish food.
Now I am officially done with the kitchen and just have one room left, the mother of all rooms, the one where if you enter you may never come out, the one with all the toys.....In case I dont return I love you all, and may peace be with you.

I am a huge fan of YOU!!!
Hey- Quinn's mom is having a huge community yard sale at the burger bar on Saturday- you could set up a table to sell your stuff if you want.
I can't believe you didn't look in the cereal in the first place. Come on.
