the embarrassing truth is out, I actually sat and watched most of the MTV movie awards. I know, I am slowly saving my own seat in - .....anyways.... the only reason I watched it was because like every other overly imaginative women in America I was DYING to see the New Moon trailer. For those of you who had better things to do with your soul then feed it to the devil I will fill you in on my favs of the night (keep in mind that I turned the channel when Hayden Panettiere started cussing, Eminem took the stage, Leann Rimes started singing, and when some mostly naked angel flew out of the ceiling)
But here are a few times I totally laughed my TAIL off:
1. This Clip had me rolling with laughter for a good hour afterwards. I fell in comedy love with Andy Samberg after seeing Hot Rod (which is VERY funny for all you with a warped sense of humor, you know who you are.) But he gained even more leverage with me throughout the night, and "Cool Guys Don't look at explosions" was my favorite!
2. When Andy was introducing Vanessa Hudgens as "the brave teen who did a documentary about an all-gay high school." Milk would have surely shot through my nose had I been drinking some.
3. When the much anticipated "New Moon" trailer started and then broke into Andy as dracula and a teen wolf I almost peed my pants.
Then after watching and waiting for an hour and a half, sitting through Kristen Stewart's uncomfortable weirdness (seriously she was either really nervous, acting overboard like Bella, or not all there) It was time for the REAL "New Moon" peak, and I was not disappointed. I think I am more excited about this one then I was about the first one, because hello, its full of overly buff werewolves ;)
Now for the next 2 weeks I will be begging and pleading for the forgiveness of my soul.

Brad and I totally watched them too! I had the same feeling afterwards!! haha We were laughing the whole time and then afterwards I was thinking to myself...I probably shouldn't watch things like that :)
Okay you are not alone...I confess I gave in and watched em too. I'm glad you re-capped cuz that "cool guys" clip is awesome. I have to agree about Kristen Stewart, I swear she was drunk or something. Every time I see her on an interview, she is a little bit odd. The New Moon Trailer got me REALLY excited to see the movie. I think each movie will just get better now that they are so popular.
Yahoo had a picture of the angel man, and I thought what the h**, he MUST'VE been strange. I didn't watch, but thanks for sharing... I'll have to check out your clip link.
I watched it too! Loved the host and I thought Jacob looked pretty dang buff in the New Moon trailer. Can't wait to see it. You are not alone on that!
So....when you get to hell....look for me...I'll save a seat for you! I'll be there first 'cause we didn't turn it. The song about walking away from explosions was priceless. And we still have bets riding on whether Eminem was in on the butt joke or not. (I say no, my husband says yes)
I'm not usually a dorky Twilight stalker...but I will admit to spending a half hour surfing for sneek peek photos from the Italy filming yesterday. Yep. I'm just that dorky!
