Now lets not kid ourselves, I was totally scared. I had no idea what to expect, except for what they have on the Internet which says stuff like "for experienced hikers" or "very strenuous hike" and "High flash floods, which leave no survivors". That's right fellas I prayed my little heart out that I wouldn't die....It was absolutely AMAZING!! I even fared quite well if I do say so myself. I am in better shape than I thought...although today my body may scream differently. We did the whole hike in 10 hours which we felt really good about, and we never even had to break out the first aid kit. All in all I HIGHLY recommend it. I had never seen anything like it before. And now for your viewing pleasure......

P.S and may I also mention that I "peed in the wilderness" for the fist time in my life, and it was a success (not something I want to do regularly but helped so my bladder didn't explode during the hike)

That sounds like so much fun! Ican't believe this was your first time peeing in the wilderness! Especially if you are now a runner!
