If you have a cookie recipe that calls for 2 sticks of butter, a cup of butter flavored crisco, and 3 cups of brown sugar (umong other things) it is bound to be the best cookie recipe of all time.
It doesn't matter how many times you stub the same already broken toe, it hurts every time.
It never fails, the one time you say something you shouldn't and all of the sudden the 5 year old that WAS outside playing is now standing right behind you asking "Mom what does.......mean?"
a 5 year old WILL copy everything you say, good and bad.
I will never be famous or known for anything crafty, or homemaker-y, my own etsy shop, or the ability to take wicked awesome pictures. That's what i have AMAZING friends for.

thanks. i learned a few new things. we were at jimmy johns the other day and they have a list like this on the wall. one said, "never ever ever ask a women if she's pregnant unless you are witnessing the baby coming out of her womb!" i thought is was hillarious. but it was even funnier when james had to remind himself of this yesterday when he saw an old friend.these little lists really do benefit mankind! :) so thank you!
Modern Family is the best thing about Wednesday night. Last night was especially funny. I love Mitchell!

I also concur wholeheartedly on the Viva chocolate milk thing. However, if you are ever in Houston, try out the HEB brand chocolate milk. It is delicious. I craved it my whole first pregnancy.
