ok....ok....

THIS is what the UPS man brought me the other day. Let me just say that my kids are soooo over getting their picture taken already. Annoying? Yes I assume so. Fun? like a million times fun!

And since I know NOTHING about cameras, or taking pictures (no really, nothing. nada. zilch.) the UPS man also brought me a how to use you camera for dummies book. Really I'm not sure I could have turned it on without it ;) (And Heather you will be so proud, my book actually taught me what a "lens Flare" was.) I learned a lot that actually probably could have helped with my old camera too, but we just wont talk about that, wouldn't want the buyers remorse to sink in now would we (although we did get a super killer deal). I did turn it on (just like it showed me in the book ;) , and I even captured this shot yesterday

(by the way, yes that is MY incredibly awesome husband)

Now with any luck, my dummies books, and my fancy shmancy camera I will no longer take pictures that look like this....
