Ok just to clarify a few things, I don't want you all to go and get the wrong idea of us....
Dan was not just sitting on his lunch break and all the sudden thought "hey I have a couple extra bucks lying around, maybe I'll go buy Amy a new car." We have actually been saving for one, so although the car was a surprise the actual purchase of a car sometime wasn't.
Its not actually a NEW new car. Its been owned by others. We are HUGE Dave Ramsey fans people, we know better.
How did I trust Dan to pick out a car I would like? Truthfully I really don't car about cars. If it gets me from point A to Point B and it doesn't cost as much as my house, then that's all that really matters. Hello have you met the Stratus? I feel like to often people put more energy into their cars then their personalities, and that's sad.
This is the FIRST time in 7 years, yes I said 7, that we have had 2 cars. We have been a 1 car family since my car got smashed by a tree 4 months after we got married in 2003. And although I am very thankful that we could get by with one car during those times of needing to save every penny we could to finish school and a buy a house and such,This 2 car thing is totally awesome!
Oh and did I mention I totally love my new car!

Just finished the latest Dave Ramsey book. Loved it! Already started the baby steps. Look out here we come. So excited for you!
